Refund & Replacement Policy

2. Replacement Policy
We only provide a replacement for products in the following situations:

  • The item received is damaged during shipping

3. Replacement Request Timeframe
Customers must request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

4. Proof Required
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

5. Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned.

6. Non-Eligible Situations
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse
